The StarTech.com 30ft 8K Ultra High Speed 48Gbps HDMI Cable is a plenum-rated HDMI 2.1 hybrid active optical cable (AOC) designed for long-distance transmission of high-bandwidth video and audio. It supports 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz, uses a hybrid construction of fiber optic cores and shielded copper conductors, and includes a CMP-rated jacket for safe routing through ceilings and in-wall plenum spaces. The cable is unidirectional — install with the SOURCE and DISPLAY labels aligned to the corresponding devices.
