The StarTech.com UNIRAILS3U universal 3U rack rails allow you to mount 19" servers or networking hardware that are not originally rack-mountable into any standard 19" server rack. These adjustable-depth rails conform to the EIA-310 standard and provide a durable steel frame with three crossbars and a removable rear cable management panel. The rails support up to 100 lb (45 kg) and are TAA compliant for government purchases.
