How to use

Fill the bean bag to the desired firmness using rice, beans or lightweight beads according to whether you prefer a heavier or lighter support. Use the removable strap to carry the bag or to secure it by wrapping the strap around a branch, fence post or similar anchor point for added stability. Place the camera with the lens mounted on the bean bag and adjust the bag shape to achieve the desired angle and height. Store small accessories in the rear pouch for quick access.

Usage recommendations
