Sous vide immersion circulator Steba SV 75
The Steba SV 75 sous vide immersion circulator provides precise electronic temperature control for consistent cooking results. Compact and lightweight, this device features an illuminated LCD display showing current temperature and a timer up to 99 hours. It is suitable for use with any pot at least 15 cm deep and is designed for mobile, space-saving operation.
Waterproof to IPX7, the Steba SV 75 heats approximately 20 litres of water to 56°C in about 45 minutes with a maximum deviation of 0.1°C. It circulates water at 12 litres per minute and offers exact electronic temperature control up to 90°C. The unit is 800 W (230 V) and weighs 1.6 kg. Using sous vide preserves intrinsic flavour, ingredients and shape more effectively than many conventional methods.
Attach the Steba SV 75 to a suitable pot (minimum depth 15 cm), fill with water, set the desired temperature and time on the illuminated LCD, and start the circulator. Ensure bags with food are fully submerged and sealed. Monitor the displayed temperature and timer; the device will maintain the chosen temperature automatically throughout the cooking cycle.
For best results, preheat water to the target temperature before placing sealed food bags in the bath. Use appropriate vacuum-sealed bags or food-safe resealable pouches and allow sufficient cooking time according to the recipe and food thickness. Regularly descale the unit if used in hard-water areas and follow the included accessories list for compatible sealing and insulation products.
