How to use

Arrange cleaned and sliced produce evenly on the trays, avoiding overlap to ensure adequate airflow. Stack the required number of trays, place the herb mat on a tray when drying small leaves, and close the transparent cover. Set the desired temperature between 40 and 70 °C and program the timer for 1 to 36 hours depending on product and thickness. Check progress occasionally and rotate or rearrange trays if necessary for even drying. Allow items to cool before storing in airtight containers.

Usage recommendations
