Hot glue gun STEINEL Gluematic 3011 45 W Grey Orange
Hot glue gun STEINEL Gluematic 3011 45 W Grey Orange
The STEINEL Gluematic 3011 45 W is a compact hot glue gun designed for light to medium bonding tasks. With a 45 W heating element and a maximum temperature of 200 °C, the tool melts standard cylindrical glue sticks with a diameter of 11 mm and delivers an average glue output of 16 g/min. The device is built for working on a variety of substrates, including cardboard, ceramic, glass, leather, plastic, rubber and wood, and combines a compact form factor with a two-colour housing in grey and orange.
The tool reaches a working temperature up to 200 °C for reliable adhesion on common materials. A 45 W power rating provides quick heat-up without excessive energy consumption. The specified glue output of 16 g/min gives predictable dispensing for accurate application. The compatible 11 mm diameter glue sticks are widely available, and the lightweight construction (approx. 0.358 kg) reduces user fatigue during extended use. The grey and orange casing offers clear visibility and safe handling.
Insert an 11 mm glue stick into the rear feed until it contacts the heating chamber, then switch on the device and allow it to reach operating temperature. Apply steady pressure on the trigger to feed molten adhesive through the nozzle, moving the gun at a consistent speed to create an even bead. Press the bonded surfaces together while the glue is still hot for quick tack, and hold until the joint cools and sets. After use, switch off the unit and allow residual adhesive in the nozzle to cool before storing.
Use glue sticks appropriate for the materials and ambient temperature; for delicate surfaces, test on a scrap piece first. Work on heat-resistant surfaces and avoid skin contact with the hot nozzle and molten glue. For best results on vertical surfaces, apply thinner beads and allow short cooling pauses to reduce sagging. Allow sufficient curing time before stressing the bond.
