Ergonomic Mat SUNFLEX StandMat Boost Gray 250-08695 — anti-fatigue standing mat

Ergonomic mat SUNFLEX StandMat Boost Gray is an anti-fatigue standing mat engineered to reduce discomfort during prolonged standing. The mat provides a cushioned yet stable surface intended for workstations, kitchens, reception areas and retail counters. Finished in a neutral gray, the surface is designed to offer slip resistance while supporting foot and lower limb alignment to reduce strain on legs and lower back.

Advantages

The SUNFLEX StandMat Boost Gray combines a resilient cushioning core with a durable top layer to deliver persistent comfort across extended shifts. Its thickness and material composition aim to absorb pressure from standing, which can help decrease fatigue and improve postural comfort. The neutral gray appearance integrates with a variety of interiors and the mat is designed for easy cleaning and low-maintenance use.

Suitable for

• Standing workstations in offices or home offices
• Kitchen work areas and cooking stations
• Reception desks and customer service counters
• Retail checkout zones and point-of-sale areas

When it may not be suitable

The mat is intended primarily for standing use on flat, dry indoor floors. It may not perform as intended on uneven or heavily textured flooring where the surface cannot lie flat. This product is not a replacement for specialised anti-slip flooring required in wet industrial environments or for outdoor use exposed to weather.

Key specifications

• Type: anti-fatigue standing mat
• Colour: neutral gray
• Surface: non-slip textured top layer
• Cushioning: resilient foam core for pressure absorption
• Use environment: indoor floors (workstations, kitchens, counters)
• Maintenance: wipe-clean surface

How to use

Place the mat on a clean, dry and level floor surface where prolonged standing occurs. Ensure edges lie flat to avoid trip hazards. Stand on the mat while working to allow the cushioning to distribute pressure across the feet and reduce load on lower limbs. For cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid aggressive chemicals or excessive water exposure. Store flat when not in use to preserve shape.

What to consider before purchase

• Measure available floor space to ensure the mat covers the area where standing occurs.
• Verify the mat thickness and cushioning level meet personal comfort and support needs.
• Confirm intended indoor floor type is compatible (flat, dry surfaces).
• Consider slip-resistance requirements for your specific workplace.

Usage recommendations

For best results, position the SUNFLEX StandMat Boost Gray directly at the primary standing zone and alternate standing with short seated breaks. Clean regularly to maintain surface grip and inspect edges periodically to ensure they remain flat and safe.
