Sunlu ABS Filament White for 3D Printing, Sunlu ABS W, 1.75 mm
Sunlu ABS Filament White is a thermoplastic filament formulated for fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printers. Designed for users who need durable and heat-resistant prints, this ABS material delivers good mechanical strength, impact resistance, and shape retention under load. It is supplied as 1.75 mm filament suitable for common desktop printers configured for ABS extrusion, and it works best when printed with an appropriately heated bed and, where possible, an enclosed build chamber.
The filament offers a balance of mechanical strength and processing flexibility. It resists abrasion, scratching, and moderate thermal stress while remaining easy to post-process: drilling, tapping, sanding and painting are straightforward. These properties make it well suited for functional parts and prototypes that must withstand everyday use.
ABS is prone to warping if printed without stable ambient temperature control or an enclosed build area. For very high-temperature applications or parts requiring extreme elongation or flexibility, other materials (for example certain nylons or high-temperature polymers) may be more appropriate. Thin, highly detailed decorative prints may also show layer lines typical for ABS unless post-processing is applied.
Load the 1.75 mm Sunlu ABS filament into a printer configured for ABS extrusion. Typical print settings start with an extruder temperature around the material melting point (adjust within printer and slicer recommendations), and a heated bed set to reduce warping. Use an enclosed build chamber or otherwise maintain stable ambient temperature to minimise shrinkage and layer separation. After printing, parts can be finished by sanding, drilling, tapping or painting as required.
For best results, print Sunlu ABS Filament White on a printer with an enclosed chamber and a properly heated bed; allow prints to cool gradually and use post-processing (sanding or acetone smoothing where appropriate) to improve surface finish.
