PLA+ 2.0 Filament by Sunlu, Ivory — PLA+ 1.75 mm spool
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 Filament in Ivory is a 1.75 mm PLA+ filament designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers. The material combines improved toughness and higher flow compared with standard PLA to reduce extrusion issues and warping while supporting faster print speeds. With a narrow diameter tolerance it aims to deliver consistent feeding and reliable results for functional prototypes, decorative items, and consumer parts.
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 provides enhanced durability similar to Easy ABS while retaining the ease of printing typical for PLA. Version 2.0 offers up to 1.5× greater flow than standard PLA for a more even extrusion, lower risk of nozzle clogging, and stable high-speed printing up to 300 mm/s. Its material properties reduce cracking and increase the useful life of printed parts.
This filament has a Vicat softening temperature around 54 °C and a heat deflection temperature near 53.8 °C, so it is not appropriate for items exposed to sustained high temperatures above these values. For applications requiring very high thermal resistance or extreme chemical resistance, alternative engineering materials should be considered.
Use the filament with standard PLA print settings as a starting point and adjust temperatures according to your printer and hotend. The filament’s recommended printing behaviour benefits from consistent feeding due to the 1.75 mm diameter and tight tolerance; a heated bed can be used if your printer recommends it. Monitor first layers and calibrate extrusion multiplier to account for the higher flow of PLA+ 2.0, and dry the filament before printing if it has been stored in humid conditions.
Calibrate extrusion and first-layer settings before larger prints to take advantage of the higher flow rate and to avoid over-extrusion; store the spool in a dry place or use a filament dryer for best results.
