3D printer filament Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 (White) — PLA+ 1.75 mm compatible spool
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 filament in white is a PLA‑based 1.75 mm printing material engineered for general‑purpose FDM printing with improved mechanical properties compared to standard PLA. It offers higher flow and stable extrusion to reduce clogging and warping, producing matte, well‑adhered layers suitable for prototypes, models and functional household parts.
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 provides increased flow and more consistent feeding than standard PLA, which supports higher printing speeds and fewer extrusion interruptions. The formulation improves durability and crack resistance close to that of easy ABS while maintaining PLA‑level ease of use, delivering stronger parts with good surface finish and reliable dimensional stability.
This filament has a Vicat softening temperature and heat deflection temperature around 54 °C, so it is not intended for applications requiring high heat resistance or continuous exposure to elevated temperatures. For parts that must withstand substantial thermal loads or outdoor long‑term UV exposure, consider materials specifically formulated for those conditions.
Load the 1.75 mm Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 spool into any compatible FDM printer and set nozzle temperatures according to your printer and nozzle size, starting from the material's melting temperature as a reference. Use a heated bed if available to improve first‑layer adhesion; calibration of extrusion multiplier and printing speed is recommended when switching from standard PLA to ensure consistent flow. Monitor initial layers for adhesion and adjust bed leveling or first‑layer settings if necessary.
For reliable results, start with moderate speeds and gradually increase up to the filament’s supported range while tuning extrusion settings. Use proper bed adhesion techniques and dry the filament if stored in humid conditions to avoid print quality issues.
