Filament Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 (Yellow) — PLA+ 1.75 mm compatible for 3D printing
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 filament in yellow is a PLA+ formulation for FDM/FFF 3D printers that use 1.75 mm filament. It is engineered for more consistent feeding and smoother printing compared with standard PLA, with improved flow and dimensional tolerance to reduce extrusion issues and warping. The material combines ease of use with increased durability, making it suitable for faster prints and stable results for both visual models and functional parts.
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 provides higher flow and more consistent extrusion than regular PLA, enabling reliable prints at elevated speeds. It offers enhanced mechanical resistance and crack resistance closer to Easy ABS while retaining PLA-like ease of printing. Tight diameter tolerance and low warping tendency contribute to stable layer adhesion, reduced nozzle clogging, and better surface finish.
This PLA+ is not intended for high-temperature structural applications: its Vicat softening temperature and heat deflection temperature around the low 50s °C limit its use in hot environments. It also may not replace engineering-grade materials that require very high impact resistance or long-term thermal stability.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into an FDM/FFF printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions. Use a nozzle temperature consistent with PLA-based materials (around the stated melt temperature) and adjust print cooling to improve surface finish. The filament supports higher print speeds—up to the stated capability—while maintaining stable extrusion; however, calibrate retraction and flow settings to your specific printer and nozzle to avoid stringing or over-extrusion.
For consistent results, store filament in a dry place or use a filament dryer when ambient humidity is high; tune print speed and cooling on test prints before production runs to balance quality and throughput.
