Filament Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed Orange – PLA+ 1.75 mm, High-Speed
Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed Orange is a 1.75 mm PLA+ filament formulated for high-speed FDM printing. It is designed to deliver stable extrusion, improved interlayer adhesion and higher toughness compared with standard PLA, while keeping good surface finish. The vivid orange color suits visual models, rapid prototypes and decorative prints where appearance and faster production matter.
The filament is precisely manufactured with a tight diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm to ensure consistent feed and repeatable results. Its formulation reduces common printing problems such as nozzle clogging, stringing and warping, and the material provides higher impact resistance than many standard PLA/PLA+ options. Even winding on the spool prevents tangles and supports uninterrupted printing sessions.
This PLA+ has a Vicat softening temperature around 54 °C and a heat deflection temperature near 53 °C, so it is not recommended for parts that must withstand sustained high temperatures or direct exposure to heat above those limits. For applications requiring strong chemical resistance, very high temperature performance or flexible elastomeric properties, a different material family should be considered.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into any compatible FDM printer and use typical PLA+ printing temperatures around the material's melting range; adjust nozzle and bed temperatures, print speed and cooling according to your printer and model complexity. Ensure the spool feeds freely and check for even winding before starting long prints. Use standard layer heights and retraction settings appropriate for high-speed printing to minimise stringing and maintain surface quality.
For best results with Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed Orange, start with manufacturer-recommended temperatures, enable part cooling for fine details, and perform test prints to tune speed and retraction. Use proper spool management to prevent tangles during extended high-speed prints.
