Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed Pink filament is a PLA+ material formulated for FDM 3D printers and optimised for higher printing speeds while maintaining good surface finish and mechanical properties. The filament is designed to provide stable extrusion and consistent results for everyday prints, rapid prototyping and functional models where faster print times and reliable layer adhesion are important.
The filament features precise diameter control and low shrinkage for stable feeding and repeatable results. Its PLA+ formulation improves interlayer adhesion and impact resistance compared with standard PLA, reducing common print issues such as stringing, warping and nozzle clogging. Uniform winding minimises tangles and interruptions during printing, supporting smoother, more efficient production.
This PLA+ formulation has moderate heat resistance and is not intended for high-temperature applications or parts exposed to continuous heat above its softening range. For engineering applications that require very high thermal stability, reinforced or higher-temperature materials would be more appropriate. Also, if ultra-flexible or elastomeric properties are required, this rigid PLA+ is not the best choice.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into any compatible FDM 3D printer and set print temperatures according to your printer and nozzle; typical melt behaviour corresponds to a melting point near 164 °C, while printing temperatures commonly used for PLA+ will provide good layer adhesion and surface quality. Use printer settings that balance speed and quality: increased print speed is supported, but tuning retraction, cooling and extrusion multiplier may be necessary to avoid stringing and ensure dimensional accuracy. Store the filament in a dry place or sealed packaging with desiccant to prevent moisture uptake.
For consistent results with Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed Pink, start with standard PLA+ temperature and cooling settings, increase print speed gradually while monitoring surface quality, and fine-tune retraction to reduce stringing. Use appropriate bed adhesion methods and keep filament dry for best mechanical properties and finish.
