3D Printer Filament Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed White — PLA+ H-S W
Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed White is a 1.75 mm PLA+ filament formulated for faster FDM/FFF printing while maintaining improved toughness and good surface quality. The material is intended for users who need reliable, repeatable feed and reduced printing issues when producing prototypes, functional parts and decorative models. It combines low shrinkage and precise diameter tolerance with enhanced mechanical properties compared with standard PLA.
The filament is manufactured with even winding and high dimensional accuracy, which ensures consistent feeding and fewer interruptions during long prints. It resists common printing problems such as nozzle clogging, bubbling, stringing and warping, and offers improved interlayer adhesion and impact resistance for more durable finished parts. Color saturation and surface finish support aesthetic results without sacrificing mechanical performance.
Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed is not intended for high-temperature applications above its heat deflection range; parts exposed to continuous temperatures near or above ~50–55 °C may deform. It is also not the best choice where very high flexibility or extreme chemical resistance is required.
Load the 1.75 mm Sunlu PLA+ High-Speed filament into any compatible FDM/FFF 3D printer and use standard PLA print settings as a starting point. Recommended extrusion temperature range is around the filament’s melting point; calibrate nozzle temperature and print speed according to your printer and model complexity to balance surface quality and print time. Use a heated bed if available and adjust bed temperature and adhesion method to minimise warping. Store the filament in a dry place or sealed container with desiccant to preserve printing performance.
For balanced results, start with typical PLA printing temperatures and incrementally increase nozzle temperature if layer adhesion or flow is insufficient; reduce print speed if you encounter stringing. Keep the spool dry and use a brim or raft for large flat parts to improve bed adhesion.
