Wired Room Thermostat TECH T-3.1 (two-position), white

The Wired Room Thermostat TECH T-3.1 (two-position), white is a basic on/off temperature controller for indoor heating systems. Designed for wall mounting, it provides simple two-position regulation to switch boilers, electric heaters or zone valves according to the setpoint. The compact white housing and intuitive dial make it suitable for residential and light-commercial installations that require straightforward control of ambient temperature.

Advantages

This two-position thermostat offers reliable on/off switching logic that is easy to wire into existing heating circuits. Its mechanical control and clear front interface ensure predictable behaviour and uncomplicated operation. The unit’s compact dimensions and neutral white finish allow discreet installation in rooms where space is limited or a minimal aesthetic is preferred. The device is intended for use with common heating actuators and provides simple setpoint control without complex programming.

Suitable for

• Control of domestic boilers in single-zone heating systems
• On/off regulation of electric heaters
• Switching of zone valves and simple hydronic circuits
• Basic temperature control in offices, utility rooms or apartments

Key specifications

• Control type: two-position (on/off) temperature regulation
• Mounting: wall-mounted design
• Housing colour: white
• User interface: manual dial/adjuster for setpoint selection
• Installation: wired connection to heating equipment and supply circuit

How to use

Mount the thermostat on an interior wall away from direct sunlight, drafts or heat sources to ensure accurate ambient temperature sensing. Connect the device to the heating system according to the electrical wiring diagram provided with the unit, ensuring power is isolated before installation. Set the desired temperature by turning the front dial; the thermostat will switch connected equipment on or off to maintain the chosen setpoint. Commission the system by verifying correct switching behaviour at different setpoints and adjusting placement if required.

Usage recommendations

For accurate temperature control, install the thermostat at typical head height in a representative location of the room and avoid mounting near doors, windows or direct heat sources. Use proper cable sizing and secure electrical connections during installation. If integration with more advanced control systems is required, consult product documentation or a qualified technician to verify compatibility with boilers, electric heaters or zone valves.
