HDMI Cable Techly ICOC-HDMI-4-EXT030 3m
The Techly ICOC-HDMI-4-EXT030 3m is an HDMI extension cable with a male HDMI Type A connector on one end and a female HDMI Type A connector on the other. It is designed to extend existing HDMI connections by three metres while maintaining signal quality for high-definition audio and video. The cable supports a 10 Gbit/s data transfer rate and includes Audio Return Channel (ARC) and 3D signal support. Gold-plated contacts and a black outer jacket provide reliable connectivity and a discreet visual appearance for home or office AV setups.
This HDMI cable preserves signal integrity over the 3 m extension length by combining a 10 Gbit/s throughput with gold-plated contacts that reduce corrosion and contact resistance. The integrated Audio Return Channel simplifies connection layouts by enabling audio transmission from a display back to a compatible AV receiver or soundbar. 3D support and a standard HDMI Type A connector pair ensure compatibility with a wide range of TVs, monitors, projectors and source devices. The slim black sheath supports unobtrusive routing along furniture and behind equipment.
Connect the male HDMI Type A plug to the output of your source device (for example a Blu-ray player, game console or computer) and insert the female HDMI Type A receptacle into the existing HDMI cable plug that leads to your display, or plug the display cable into the female end if extending the display side. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends in the cable near the connectors. When using ARC features, enable ARC on both the TV and the AV receiver or soundbar in their respective settings menus to allow audio return from the display.
For best performance, keep total HDMI cable runs within recommended lengths for your video resolution and signal type, minimise tight bends and avoid running the cable in parallel with high-power electrical lines. If you require higher than 10 Gbit/s bandwidth (for example for certain high-refresh 4K modes or HDR profiles), consider verifying your entire connection chain supports the required bandwidth before purchase.
