Technicqll high-temperature silicone sealant 300°C 20 ml red
Technicqll high-temperature silicone sealant 300°C 20 ml red is a heat-resistant silicone formulated for sealing, bonding and insulating joints and components exposed to elevated temperatures. The product is supplied in a compact 20 ml tube and is coloured red for easy visual identification. It is intended for use where flexibility, adhesion and thermal stability up to 300°C are required, such as in automotive exhaust systems, ovens, furnaces and heating elements.
The silicone compound maintains elasticity after curing, which helps absorb thermal expansion and vibration while preserving a sealing function. It adheres to a variety of substrates commonly found in high-temperature environments, providing durable seals that resist heat degradation. The small 20 ml format suits repair tasks and precise applications, reducing waste and allowing controlled application in confined spaces.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of oil, grease and loose contaminants before application. Cut the tube tip to the desired bead size and apply the sealant evenly to one surface; press the mating surface into place or smooth the bead as required. Allow initial skin formation at ambient conditions, then permit full curing time according to operating temperatures and joint thickness. Remove uncured product with an appropriate solvent; cured silicone must be cut or abraded away.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment and provide adequate ventilation during application. For best performance, test adhesion on a small area if substrate compatibility is uncertain. Do not use on surfaces that will be continuously immersed in water unless product literature confirms that application. Store in a cool, dry place and cap the tube after use to prevent premature curing.
