Epoxy Metal Putty Technicqll Super Metal 1 100 g — steel filler (C2-E433)
Technicqll Super Metal 1 is a two-part epoxy metal putty in a 100 g format formulated as a steel-coloured repair compound. It cures to a hard, machinable and sandable finish, creating a durable surface suitable for restoring damaged metal parts, filling gaps and rebuilding small structural elements. The product is intended for use where a strong, shape-retaining filler is required before machining or painting.
Two-component epoxy chemistry ensures reliable curing and long-term dimensional stability. The steel-coloured formulation provides a metallic appearance that blends with metal substrates and reduces preparation time prior to painting. Once cured, the material is machinable, sandable and accepts most paints and coatings, enabling precise finishing of repaired surfaces. The 100 g format is convenient for small to medium repair tasks, minimising waste for infrequent or precise applications.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning off oil, grease, rust and loose material. Cut or dispense the required amount of putty and mix the two components thoroughly until a uniform steel colour is achieved. Apply the mixed putty to the repair area, shaping roughly to allow for final machining or sanding after cure. Allow the compound to cure fully according to ambient temperature and the manufacturer’s guidance before machining, sanding or painting.
For best results, abrade and degrease mating surfaces prior to application and use clamps or supports for structural repairs to maintain alignment during cure. Observe recommended cure times and ambient temperature ranges to achieve optimal hardness. Test compatibility with intended paints or coatings on a small area after full cure.
