Spray PTFE Dry Lubricant Technicqll M-747 50 ml — 100% PTFE
Spray PTFE Dry Lubricant Technicqll M-747 50 ml — 100% PTFE
Technicqll M-747 50 ml is a dry lubricant spray formulated with 100% PTFE designed to form a thin, low-friction film on treated surfaces. The aerosol dispenses a solvent-carried PTFE coating that dries to a clean, non-greasy layer which reduces wear and prevents sticking on metal, plastic and other materials. The compact 50 ml format is intended for precision application to small moving parts, hinges, locks, sliding mechanisms and chain links where a long-lasting dry lubricating film is required.
This 100% PTFE formula creates a durable, low-friction dry film that resists dust and dirt pickup better than wet oils and greases. It provides effective lubrication without attracting contaminants, leaves minimal residue, and offers good compatibility with metals and many plastics. The spray's fine aerosol delivery enables targeted application to small or hard-to-reach areas while the dry nature of the coating reduces the need for frequent reapplication in protected environments.
Shake the can well before use. Clean the surface of dirt, grease and loose debris and allow it to dry. Hold the nozzle 10–20 cm from the target area and apply a light, even coat. Allow the solvent to evaporate and the PTFE film to form; this typically takes a few minutes depending on ventilation and temperature. For moving parts, operate the mechanism a few times to distribute the dry film evenly. Reapply as needed if lubrication diminishes over time.
Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhalation of aerosols. Do not apply to hot surfaces, electrical contacts or areas subject to high surface temperatures unless confirmed safe by manufacturer instructions. Test on an inconspicuous area of plastic components before full application. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and open flame.
