The Technicqll Surface Cleaner and Degreaser Kit for Bonded Surfaces 50 ml is a specialized cleaning product designed specifically for preparing surfaces before the application of adhesives. Proper surface preparation is a critical step in achieving durable and reliable bonded joints across various materials. This 50 ml kit provides an effective solution for removing contaminants that can compromise adhesive performance.
Advantages
Using this surface cleaner and degreaser ensures that substrates are thoroughly cleansed of oils, grease, dust, and other impurities. By removing these barrier layers, the kit promotes optimal contact between the adhesive and the material surface, thereby significantly increasing the overall bond strength and longevity of the joint. The product is formulated for ease of application and works efficiently to prepare areas for subsequent gluing tasks.
Suitable for
- Preparing metal, plastic, and glass surfaces before bonding
- Removing oily residues and grease prior to adhesive application
- Cleaning component areas in DIY, craft, and repair projects
- Enhancing adhesion for various types of structural and assembly glues
When it may not be suitable
This cleaner may not be suitable for sensitive surfaces that can be damaged by strong solvent-based degreaser formulations. It is also not intended for general household cleaning tasks unrelated to adhesive preparation or for cleaning large surface areas where a bulk industrial solvent would be more appropriate.
Key specifications
- Volume: 50 ml
