VGA cable Tecline 128661 20 m
The Tecline 128661 VGA cable is a 20 m monitor extension lead with HD15 (VGA, D-Sub) male-to-female connectors designed to extend video connections between computers, monitors and projectors. It uses a multicoaxial high-density construction with 15 connected wires and includes a ferrite core to reduce electromagnetic interference. The cable supports DCC2B plug & play compatibility, and the #9 pin provides 5 V power required by some LCD flat panels.
This 20 m VGA cable offers a long-reach solution for video signal extension without the need for signal converters. The multicoaxial high-density cable construction maintains signal integrity across the 15 conductors while the ferrite core helps protect against interference. Standard HD15 connectors ensure compatibility with most VGA-equipped computers, monitors and projectors, and the cable's DCC2B plug & play compatibility simplifies setup.
Connect the HD15 male end of the Tecline 128661 to the VGA output on your computer or source device and attach the HD15 female end to the VGA input on the monitor or projector. Ensure the connectors are securely fastened with the screws to maintain a stable physical and electrical connection. If your display requires 5 V on pin #9, confirm that the source device provides this voltage. No additional drivers are required for DCC2B plug & play operation.
For best signal quality over a 20 m run, avoid running the VGA cable in parallel with high-power electrical cables. Position the ferrite core close to the source or display as needed to reduce interference. If image degradation is observed, check connector seating and consider using a shielded path or an active signal amplifier for longer distances or higher resolutions.
