How to use

Mount the EZ-Up Rack using the quick-release brackets onto a standard door frame 71–91.5 cm wide according to the included instructions. Ensure brackets are securely seated and the rack is stable before use. Use the top bars and foam-grip handles for pull-ups, chin-ups, knee raises and other bodyweight exercises. For inversion and spinal decompression, attach TEETER Gravity Boots (sold separately) and follow the Gravity Boots manufacturer instructions for safe inversion. Remove the rack after use if desired by releasing the quick-release brackets.
