How to use

Adjust the height and Ankle Comfort Dial™ to match your height and balance preferences, and secure your ankles using the EZ‑Reach™ ankle lock according to the assembly manual. Use the EZ‑Angle™ tether presets or manually control rotation to set the desired inversion angle (20°, 40° or 60° presets available). Use the Stretch Max™ and EZ‑Stretch™ handles to increase traction and reach, and position the lumbar bridge and acupressure nodes as needed for targeted support. Begin inversion slowly, move to deeper angles as comfortable, and return upright by using the handles and tether to control rotation.
