Neck massager TEETER NR2001 with adjustable heat and vibration
The TEETER Neck Restore (model NR2001) supports the upper neck and cervical spine to provide decompression and self-administered suboccipital release. It applies targeted pressure to loosen tight, sore muscles whether used as a stand-alone self-massage tool on a flat surface or while attached to a Teeter Inversion Table for added tension relief at various angles. The device has an ergonomic injection-molded plastic base with non-slip grips and a removable textured rubber insert that can be cleaned or chilled for cooling therapy.
The textured rubber insert delivers firm, focused pressure to relieve muscle tension and help ease tension headaches caused by tight suboccipital muscles. A patented swivel in the rotating base provides side-to-side positioning and mobility stretches, while steel roller bearings ensure smooth rotation and comfortable use. The removable insert can be frozen for cooling relief, and hook-and-loop straps allow easy attachment to a Teeter inversion table. The product comes with a 5-year warranty.
Place the Neck Restore on a flat surface and lie down so the textured rubber insert contacts the base of the skull and upper neck. Apply steady, comfortable pressure and remain still for several minutes to allow tight suboccipital muscles to relax; trigger points may feel tender at first but should ease with continued pressure. For additional decompression, attach the device to a Teeter Inversion Table using the supplied hook-and-loop straps and use while inverted at a comfortable angle. The swivel base allows you to adjust side-to-side positioning to target different areas of the neck.
Use the removable rubber insert chilled from the freezer for short periods to assist with cooling therapy; avoid prolonged direct cold exposure. Start with short sessions (a few minutes) and increase duration gradually as tolerated. If you have cervical spine conditions, recent injuries, or medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.
