Built-in electric oven TEKA MaestroPizza HLC 8510 P — 44 L, A+, pyrolytic + Hydroclean, grill, black
The Teka MaestroPizza HLC 8510 P is a built-in electric oven designed for home kitchens with a 44 L net capacity. It reaches up to 340ºC with a direct-access pizza function, combines conventional and forced convection modes, and offers rotary and touch controls with an electronic clock and digital timer. The appliance includes a halogen lamp for interior illumination, a pizza stone and peel, and features hydrolytic and pyrolytic cleaning systems. Energy efficiency is rated A+ and the oven is available in black.
The MaestroPizza oven provides a dedicated high-temperature pizza mode (up to 340ºC) that shortens baking time to about 3 minutes per pizza when using the included pizza stone. Professional accessories are supplied — a pizza stone for a crisp base and a peel for easy handling — and the oven combines top and bottom heating with grill and forced convection options. It also offers dual cleaning methods (hydrolytic and pyrolytic), child lock, and a halogen interior lamp.
Install the built-in oven according to the manufacturer's instructions and connect it to a suitable electrical supply. Preheat using the pizza function to reach the recommended 340ºC when preparing pizzas; place the dough on the included pizza stone and use the peel to insert and remove pizzas. For conventional baking, choose the appropriate heating mode (top/bottom or forced convection) via the rotary and touch controls, set time with the digital timer and monitor through the halogen lamp. Use the grill for browning and finishing.
To achieve a crisp Neapolitan-style crust, preheat the pizza stone thoroughly at maximum pizza function temperature and work with well-floured dough. Allow the oven to cool between intensive high-temperature sessions if baking many pizzas consecutively. Follow the safety and cleaning instructions in the manual; use hydrolytic or pyrolytic cycles as appropriate for residue removal.
