Tenda CP7 is an indoor 4MP dome IP security camera delivering 2560 × 1440 Super HD video. The camera supports wired and wireless connections, offers a 360° horizontal and 155° vertical viewing range with motorized pan/tilt, and provides night monitoring capability. CP7 integrates AI-based human shape detection, smart tracking, two-way audio and customizable voice alerts, and supports local microSD and cloud storage. The compact white housing can be placed on a desk or mounted to a ceiling or wall using the supplied base.

Advantages

How to use

Place the camera on a flat surface or install the supplied base on a ceiling or wall and attach the camera by aligning and rotating it into place. Connect via Ethernet or configure Wi‑Fi using the TDSEE app. Use the app to complete initial setup: add the device, adjust pan/tilt limits and set patrol (preset) positions. Enable human-shape detection and smart tracking in the app to receive automatic alerts and to record tracked events to local or cloud storage. Configure two-way audio and upload up to three custom voice messages for greetings or warnings.

Usage recommendations

For best coverage, mount the camera centrally in the monitored room at a height that allows unobstructed rotation. Use wired Ethernet for the most stable connection; if using Wi‑Fi, position the router to minimize walls between the camera and router. Regularly check and secure your cloud or microSD backup settings to ensure recordings are retained.
