Using Tenda Mesh technology, the 2‑pack MX15 Pro creates a distributed network of nodes to extend coverage up to approximately 7,300 ft². The system supports Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax), 160 MHz bandwidth and gigabit ports, providing a combined dual‑band throughput up to 5378 Mbps. Built with a 3‑core Broadcom chipset and 256 MB memory, the MX15 Pro supports 4×4 MU‑MIMO and can handle more than 200 connected devices, suitable for gaming with low latency, 8K video and VR streaming.

How to use

Place the two MX15 Pro units in different parts of the home to create overlapping coverage; connect one unit to your modem via Ethernet to form the primary node and power the secondary node(s). Use the Tenda app or web interface to start automatic networking and complete one‑click Mesh setup. After setup, connect devices to the single unified SSID provided by the mesh system; the network will manage device handover between nodes automatically.

Usage recommendations

For best performance place nodes in open, elevated positions away from large metal objects and sources of interference. Use the gigabit Ethernet ports for bandwidth‑intensive wired devices when possible. If necessary, add another MX15 Pro unit to increase coverage in very large or complex layouts.
