Electronic Muscle Stimulator TensCare Perfect PFE
The TensCare Perfect PFE MEN is an electronic muscle stimulator designed to address male pelvic floor dysfunctions such as post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence, faecal incontinence and chronic prostatitis/pelvic pain. The device delivers gentle electrical stimulation through a stainless-steel electrode anal probe (or optional electrode pads) to activate and strengthen pelvic floor muscles, support bowel function and assist in recovery exercises related to erectile dysfunction.
Perfect PFE MEN provides controlled, nerve-like stimulation with fine tune intensity settings and five preset programmes, allowing targeted treatment for stress, urge, mixed incontinence and muscle tone maintenance. An additional TENS programme offers pain relief for chronic prostatitis and pelvic pain. The unit includes a treatment timer with a default 20-minute session, automatic safety features such as lead-disconnect detection and keypad lock, and a large LCD for clear visibility of programme and intensity.
Insert the supplied stainless-steel electrode anal probe to the recommended depth or apply optional electrode pads according to the user manual. Switch on the unit, select an appropriate preset programme (for example STRES for stress incontinence or the TENS programme for pelvic pain) and adjust intensity gradually to a comfortable level. Sessions default to 20 minutes; follow your healthcare professional's guidance on frequency and programme selection. The device will alert and reset if leads become disconnected, and the keypad lock prevents accidental changes during treatment.
Use Perfect PFE MEN under the guidance of a healthcare professional, especially after prostate surgery or when treating chronic pelvic pain. Start with lower intensity and the default 20-minute sessions, monitor tolerance, and follow the recommended programme schedule for pelvic floor rehabilitation. Consult a clinician if you have implanted electrical devices (e.g., pacemaker), active infections, or unexplained pelvic pain before use.
