How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and insert two AAA batteries. Switch on the scale and select the required unit (g, ml, lb:oz or fl.oz). Put an empty bowl on the platform and press TARE to zero the display before adding ingredients. For several ingredients, press TARE between additions so the screen returns to zero. Use the handle to move the scale and the non-slip feet will keep it steady while weighing.

Usage recommendations

For most accurate results, weigh ingredients at room temperature and avoid drafts or vibrations. Clean the glossy platform with a soft, damp cloth; do not immerse the scale in water. Replace batteries when the display fades to ensure correct measurements.
