Cloth tape Tesa 56341 extra Power 2.75 m x 38 mm, black
Tesa cloth tape 56341 extra Power 2.75 m x 38 mm, black is a heavy-duty fabric adhesive tape designed for demanding bundling, sealing and repair tasks. The tape combines a robust cloth carrier with a strong adhesive to deliver secure bonding on a range of surfaces while allowing controlled hand-tearability along the length. Its compact roll size and flexible backing make it suitable for fast on-site use in construction, packaging and general workshop applications where a durable, flexible and reliable tape is required.
The cloth carrier provides high tensile strength and resistance to abrasion, while the adhesive ensures good initial tack and long-lasting hold on many common surfaces. The tape can be torn by hand in a straight line for quick application without tools, and its flexible construction conforms to uneven shapes. Its black colour reduces visual distraction and can be used for temporary masking or stage applications where discreet fixing is needed.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust or oils for optimal adhesion. Measure and cut or tear the required length, press the adhesive side firmly onto the substrate and smooth out any air pockets. For bundling, wrap with even tension and overlap slightly to secure. When used on rough or porous surfaces, apply additional pressure along the tape to improve contact. Remove by peeling back at a low angle; adhesion strength and ease of removal depend on the substrate and time in place.
For best results, store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use at moderate temperatures; extremely low or high temperatures can affect adhesive performance. Test on sensitive or painted surfaces before extended use to check for compatibility and potential residue.
