tesa® Flooring Tape Extra Strong Hold is a double-sided self-adhesive mounting tape designed for fixing floor coverings. The tape combines extra-strong adhesion with high durability and is suitable for carpets, PVC flooring and other hard-wearing floor surfaces. It performs reliably with underfloor heating and can be used in damp rooms as well as in covered outdoor areas such as balconies, patios and winter gardens. The tape is supplied in a 10 m length and 50 mm width and is easy to tear by hand for quick installation.

How to use

Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free from dust, grease and loose particles. Unroll the tape and apply the adhesive side to the subfloor or to the covering as required, pressing firmly to achieve full contact. Remove the protective liner, align the floor covering and press down to secure. For stair treads and edges, tear the tape by hand to the required length and press firmly into place. Allow adhesive to set under recommended conditions for maximum bond strength.
