Weather Jack Silver weather station TFA model 35.1166.54 — indoor 0–50°C, outdoor -40–60°C, barometer, AA battery
TFA Weather Jack Silver (model 35.1166.54) is a compact indoor/outdoor weather station with an integrated display that shows indoor temperature, outdoor temperature via a wireless sensor, barometric pressure trend and a radio-controlled clock with full date. The station displays indoor temperatures in the range 0–50 °C and receives outdoor temperatures from -40 to 60 °C. The unit runs on a single AA alkaline battery and is designed for tabletop use or wall mounting. Dimensions: 82 × 27 × 140 mm.
Weather Jack Silver combines temperature, pressure trend and time in one compact device, providing quick, easy-to-read information that supports daily decisions. The integrated clothing guidance with 28 pictograms shows suitable apparel for current conditions, reducing guesswork. The separate outdoor transmitter sends temperature data wirelessly with a practical range for typical home and garden setups. The device is expandable with up to two additional temperature transmitters (sold separately) to monitor other rooms.
Place the Weather Jack base unit on a table or mount it on a wall at eye level for easy reading. Install a single AA alkaline battery in the base unit and a battery in the outdoor transmitter, then follow the pairing procedure to link the transmitter with the display; the transmitter should be installed outdoors within the specified wireless range (up to approximately 100 m in open field). The integrated sensor measures indoor temperature where the station is located. Use the radio-controlled clock function to set the exact time and date automatically. If desired, add up to two additional compatible temperature transmitters to monitor other rooms and pair them following the same procedure.
Place the outdoor transmitter in a shaded, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight and heat sources for accurate outdoor readings. For reliable wireless reception, avoid mounting the base unit near large metal objects or thick walls; testing the signal strength after installation helps determine optimal positioning. Regularly replace batteries to maintain continuous operation and use compatible alkaline batteries for best performance.
