Gas Detector TFA-Dostmann AIRCO2NTROL COACH
The TFA-Dostmann AIRCO2NTROL COACH monitors indoor air quality by measuring CO2 concentration, temperature, humidity and time. Designed for use in rooms with multiple occupants such as classrooms, offices and public buildings, it displays current CO2 values and shows a 24-hour CO2 trend. The device is powered via a USB power source and has a compact form factor.
The display shows CO2 concentration, temperature and humidity together with time, and uses configurable illumination colours to indicate air quality at a glance. The illumination can operate as a traffic-light indicator (green, orange, red), as an alarm signal when a set limit is exceeded, or be set to one of seven solid colours or switched off. Three comfort-level icons summarise the last 24 hours of measurements, and a graph visualises CO2 developments over the past day.
Connect the AIRCO2NTROL COACH to a suitable USB power source (PC, laptop or USB power adapter). Place the device in the room where you want to monitor air quality, ideally at breathing height and away from direct drafts or heat sources. Read the current CO2, temperature and humidity values on the display; use the illumination colours or the smiley icons to assess comfort levels. Review the 24-hour graph to check trends and to decide if ventilation is needed.
Position the device where it measures representative room air (not directly next to windows, doors, radiators or ventilation outlets). Use the traffic-light illumination or alarm setting to prompt timely, energy-efficient ventilation when CO2 levels rise.
