How to use

Adjust the seat height using the right side handle within the 16.1–20.8 in (41–53 cm) range and tilt the backrest with the left side handle to any of the four lockable angles (107°, 113°, 119°, 126°). Use the integrated headrest lift to set the desired head support up to 1.9 in (5 cm). Modify the armrest height and width to position forearms for reduced wrist tension. Sit with a neutral spine when working; recline and lock the backrest when taking breaks to distribute weight evenly on the high-density foam. The Class-4 gas spring and sturdy aluminum base ensure safe height changes and stable movement on different floor types.
