Built-under cooker hood Thermex York IV — ducted extraction, 307 m³/h, stainless steel grey, 60 cm
Thermex York IV is a built-under cooker hood designed for ducted extraction, offering up to 307 m³/h airflow in a 60 cm width suitable for standard kitchen cabinets. The housing combines grey painted steel with a stainless steel front for a discreet, modern appearance. The unit includes two washable aluminium grease filters, integrated LED lighting (3000 K, 1.5 W) and simple rocker switch controls with a pull-out microswitch. The built-in motor is energy class A and the hood supports connection to external ducting for effective kitchen ventilation.
York IV provides efficient extraction while maintaining low energy consumption (annual consumption 14.8 kWh) and relatively low noise levels (approximately 41 dB(A) at low speed and up to 61 dB(A) at high speed). The washable aluminium filters reduce operating costs and are easy to maintain. Its compact 60 cm built-under design allows the hood to integrate neatly inside existing cabinets, preserving kitchen aesthetics. The LED light strip delivers targeted illumination over the cooking area while using minimal power.
Install the Thermex York IV inside a compatible 60 cm kitchen cabinet and connect the outlet to appropriate ducting for ducted extraction. Operate the hood using the rocker switches to select one of two fan speeds and to switch the LED light on or off. Slide the pull-out panel to engage the microswitch for quick activation. Regularly run the hood during and shortly after cooking to capture steam and odors effectively.
Clean the stainless steel front and painted surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. Remove the aluminium grease filters and wash them periodically in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher according to the manufacturer's instructions. If recirculation is required instead of ducting, install an appropriate carbon filter kit sold separately. For quieter operation and improved longevity, use the lower fan speed for light cooking and higher speed for heavy frying or boiling.

Rating of how efficiently a device uses energy, affecting power consumption and costs.
Not only energy saving helps to protect the environment but also noise level reduction. Noise level reduction up to 3 dB really means noise level reduction in 2 times. For example, a device with noise level 39 dB (А) will be two times quieter than a devise with a noise level 42 dB (А). Energy-saving certificate that shows noise level plays the role of an additional objective indicator basing on which You can successfully choose a product.
