How to use

Place the elliptical on a level, stable surface and use the uneven-surface adjustment to ensure stability. Connect to the power supply (240 V, 50 Hz) and turn on the console. Select a program or resistance level using the display controls; the HRC program will adjust resistance to keep your heart rate in the target zone, while the WATT program controls resistance to meet a set output. Monitor speed, time, distance, calories and heart rate on the backlit screen. Use the tablet or phone holder for apps and follow an appropriate workout plan for your fitness level.

Usage recommendations
