Turn the knob under the seat to adjust seat depth and slide the seat forward or back for optimal thigh support. Position the headrest using the reinforced strap and check it is stable. Use the footrest in Footrest Mode to support circulation or flip it to Rocker Mode to engage lower-leg muscles. Store small items in the seatback pocket for easy access.

For best ergonomic effect, alternate between upright and reclined positions during long sessions, keep the lumbar support adjusted to follow your spine curvature, and set seat depth so there is a small gap between the seat edge and the back of your knees.
