How to use

Adjust the chair height with the gas lift to align your feet flat on the floor and knees at roughly a right angle. Use the SYNC6 controls to set the desired backrest and seat tilt; synchronous tilt lets the seat and backrest move together, while forward seat tilt can be engaged for a slightly inclined seating position.
