The Tile Mate 2024 Universal Black is a compact Bluetooth tracker designed to help you locate everyday items. With a built-in keyring hole and a slim profile, it attaches to keys, bags, wallets and other valuables. The tracker offers up to three years of battery life and works with iOS and Android devices, plus voice assistants for hands-free finding.

Advantages

The Tile Mate includes a dedicated SOS button to discreetly alert your Life360 Circle in unsafe situations. It supports an Anti-Theft Mode that reduces discoverability to certain Bluetooth scanners, and can ring your phone even when it is silenced by double-pressing the Tile button. Integration with voice assistants (Amazon Alexa, Siri and Google Assistant) and the Tile + Life360 network improves remote locating and notifications.

How to use

To set up, press the button on the Tile and follow the on-screen instructions in the Tile app on your smartphone. Attach the Tile Mate to the chosen item using the keyring hole. Double-press the Tile button to make your paired phone ring even if it is on silent. Use the Tile app to play a sound on the tracker when it is within Bluetooth range or to view its last known location on the map.

Usage recommendations

For best results, keep the Tile app running with location permissions enabled and add your Tile to Life360 if you use that network. Replace the tracker before the end of its advertised battery life for uninterrupted tracking and avoid placing the Tile inside fully metal cases that can block Bluetooth signals.
