Glass Pour-Over Brewer Set Timemore Crystal Eye Brewer Set 02 Transparent
The Timemore Crystal Eye Brewer Set 02 Transparent is a glass pour-over brewer set designed for manual filter coffee brewing. The clear glass construction allows visual monitoring of extraction and brew level while providing an inert, non-reactive surface for consistent flavour. Intended for single-cup or small-batch use, this brewer supports precise control of water flow and contact time when used with standard cone filters and a measured pour technique.
The transparent glass body offers visual feedback during brewing, helping to adjust pouring speed and saturation. Its simple shape and stable base facilitate even water distribution and consistent extraction. Being made of glass, the brewer does not impart odors or tastes and is easy to clean. The compact size and minimalist design make it suitable for home kitchens and small-scale coffee preparation.
Place a paper cone filter into the glass brewer and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat the brewer. Add the desired amount of medium-fine ground coffee, level the bed, and position the brewer over a mug or server. Start by pouring a small amount of hot water to bloom the grounds, then continue pouring in slow, controlled spirals to maintain a steady flow rate until the target brew weight or time is reached. Remove the brewer and discard the used filter and grounds, then rinse the glass for cleaning.
Use freshly roasted, evenly ground coffee and water heated to about 90–96°C for best extraction. Adjust grind size and pour rate to control brew time; slower pours and finer grind increase extraction, while coarser grind and faster pours reduce it. Handle the glass brewer with care to avoid thermal shock; avoid direct contact with flame or extremely rapid temperature changes.
