Riveter Topex 43E111 — manual hand rivet tool, length 344 mm, weight 760 g
The Topex 43E111 is a manual hand rivet tool designed for installing blind and nut rivets in repair, assembly and maintenance tasks. With a length of 344 mm and a weight of 760 g, this single-unit tool is built for controlled, single-handed operation when joining metal, plastic or thin-sheet materials. The riveter accepts nut rivets in sizes M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 and is supplied with four exchangeable heads to cover common fastening diameters. It is suitable for use with aluminium, steel and stainless-steel nut rivets and can compress nut rivets made from harder materials for reliable threaded connections that can later be disassembled.
The Topex 43E111 offers a balance of reach and leverage in a compact 344 mm body and a 760 g weight that is manageable for extended use. Interchangeable heads increase versatility across multiple nut rivet sizes without the need for additional tools. The design supports controlled, single-handed riveting for improved accuracy and consistent compression, and it is capable of handling aluminium, steel and stainless-steel nut rivets for a range of material pairings. The tool’s compatibility with removable nut rivets enables maintenance or part replacement without damaging mating parts.
Select the exchangeable head corresponding to the nut rivet size to be installed and fit it to the tool. Insert the nut rivet into the prepared hole in the workpieces and position the tool so the mandrel engages the rivet. Squeeze the handles evenly to compress the rivet body until the joint is formed and the mandrel breaks off or is released, according to rivet type. Release the handles and remove the tool; replace the mandrel or head as needed for the next operation. For disassembly of a nut rivet joint, reverse the fastening procedure by unscrewing or removing the internal fastener if the rivet type allows.
Use rivets and heads that match in diameter and material. Inspect workpiece holes for correct diameter and alignment before riveting. Wear eye protection and gloves when installing or removing rivets, and perform initial tests on scrap material to adjust technique and ensure reliable clamping without damage to materials.
