Clamping Spring Clips TOYA VOREL 50 mm set of 6, model 38490
Clamping Spring Clips TOYA VOREL 50 mm set of 6, model 38490
Set of six TOYA VOREL clamping spring clips with 50 mm jaw width designed for holding, clamping and positioning small workpieces during woodworking, hobby, assembly and repair operations. Each clip features a steel spring mechanism and molded handles that allow quick one-handed operation and consistent clamping force for temporary fixation of materials such as wood, plastic, fabric and light metal parts.
The spring clips provide reliable temporary clamping with uniform pressure across the jaw faces and resist slipping due to textured contact surfaces. The steel spring ensures durable operation and repeated use, while the molded handles improve grip and user comfort when applying and releasing the clamp. The compact 50 mm jaw width makes the clips suitable for precise positioning in tight spaces and for small-scale tasks where larger clamps would be impractical.
Place the jaws of the spring clip around the workpieces to be held and squeeze the handles to open the jaws. Position the parts precisely and release the handles to engage the spring mechanism; verify that the contact faces align with the workpiece surface. For multi-point clamping, use several clips evenly spaced to distribute pressure. Remove a clip by squeezing the handles to open the jaws and sliding it away from the material.
Use the clips for temporary fixation only; do not rely on them for load-bearing or structural joins. Avoid using the clips on very brittle or delicate surfaces without protective pads to prevent marking. Store the clips dry and clean to prevent corrosion of the spring mechanism.
