The TP-Link DECO BE25 is a dual-band mesh Wi‑Fi 7 system designed to deliver high-speed, whole-home wireless coverage with compact hardware and simple management. Supporting Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be) and a combined throughput up to 3.6 Gbps on wireless connections and up to 2.5 Gbps on wired links, the Deco BE25 targets bandwidth-intensive activities while maintaining backward compatibility with existing Deco units to expand mesh coverage.

How to use

Place the Deco BE25 unit centrally within the area you want to cover and power it on. Install the TP‑Link Deco app on a smartphone, follow the three-step setup wizard to create your network name and password, and connect your internet source to the Deco’s WAN/LAN port. Add additional Deco units if you need more coverage; they will automatically join the same mesh network. Configure HomeShield features, parental controls, VPN settings or a private IoT SSID in the app as required.

Usage recommendations

For best performance, place Deco units in open areas away from large metal objects and microwave ovens, use the 2.5 Gbps wired connection for high-bandwidth devices when possible, and enable HomeShield protections to maintain device and network security. When extending coverage, position additional Decos so that each unit maintains a strong connection to the mesh for seamless roaming.
