Install the Deco app on a smartphone, follow the step‑by‑step setup wizard to create a unified SSID and configure WAN settings, security, and parental controls. Usage recommendations

For best performance place nodes in open areas away from large metal objects and thick walls, keep firmware updated through the Deco app, and enable wired backhaul where possible for heavy traffic scenarios.
