How to use

Mount the access point in the target location (for example above shelf aisles or outdoors) using appropriate hardware and cable glands to preserve the IP68 seal. Connect a PoE-capable switch or injector to the RJ-45 port to supply power and network connectivity. Adopt the device into your Omada controller via the Omada app or Web UI for central configuration, firmware updates and monitoring. Configure SSIDs, security settings and roaming parameters (802.11k/v/r) according to your network plan.

Usage recommendations

Position the directional antennas to face shelf rows or specific coverage zones for optimal signal reach; maintain line-of-sight where possible and plan AP spacing to avoid coverage gaps. Use PoE power and centralized Omada management for simplified deployment and consistent roaming behavior.
