Tabletop router TP-Link XC220-G3V Dual-band Wi-Fi 5
Tabletop router TP-Link XC220-G3V Dual-band Wi-Fi 5
The TP-Link XC220-G3v is a tabletop dual-band Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) router that delivers combined wireless throughput up to 1167Mbps — 867Mbps on the 5GHz band and 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. It is GPON‑capable and complies with ITU‑T G.984/G.988 standards, supporting downstream rates up to 2.488Gbps and upstream rates up to 1.244Gbps. The device includes four Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and an FXS port for VoIP calls, providing wired connectivity and telephony over an internet connection.
XC220-G3v provides fast dual‑band wireless for congestion‑sensitive devices on 5GHz while maintaining legacy 2.4GHz support. GPON compliance enables high‑speed fiber access with substantial downstream and upstream capacity for bandwidth‑intensive applications. Four Gigabit LAN ports deliver full‑speed wired connections for consoles, smart TVs and other devices. The built‑in FXS port supports VoIP calling without requiring additional adapters. Remote management is supported via OMCI and TR‑069 for easy activation and configuration.
Connect the XC220‑G3v to the GPON optical network terminal or fiber ONT according to your provider's instructions, then plug your wired devices into the Gigabit LAN ports and power on the router. For wireless use, select the appropriate 2.4GHz or 5GHz SSID and enter the network password shown on the device label or set during setup. To enable telephone service, connect an analog phone to the FXS port and configure VoIP credentials provided by your operator.
Place the router in a central, elevated location away from large metal objects and other wireless equipment to maximize 5GHz coverage; use the 5GHz band for latency‑sensitive applications and Gigabit LAN ports for devices requiring stable, high‑speed wired connections. Ensure OMCI/TR‑069 settings match your ISP requirements before remote provisioning.
