Advantages

The cabinet has a rigid welded construction with 1.3 mm skeleton rails for improved strength and a perforated frame to allow cooling airflow. Doors can open nearly 180° and are removable or reversible to change opening direction; double wing doors use hook-on hinges. Vertical 19" rails are freely adjustable in depth, and a central pair of rails is supplied for enclosures deeper than 800 mm. Breakout-type blanking panels provide multiple cable entry points, including large openings for fan units and top/bottom rear entries. How to use

Install the cabinet on its levelling feet or fitted castors/base according to the chosen configuration. Adjust the 19" vertical rails to the required depth for your devices and secure equipment with standard rack screws. Use the breakout blanking panels and brush strips to route and seal cable entries through the openings in the base, ceiling and rear cover. If active cooling is required, fit compatible Triton fan units into the dedicated fan opening or order the special metal door prepared for RAx-CH-X0x-X3 fan units. Removable doors and side panels provide full access for installation and maintenance.

Usage recommendations

For racks expected to carry loads over 500 kg, install the horizontal cable management reinforcement in the skeleton. For enclosures deeper than 800 mm, make use of the central vertical rails and consider a swing frame (available for 800 mm wide cabinets) when you need easier front access to heavier equipment.
