• Repetitive office numbering tasks

When it may not be suitable

This product may not be suitable if you require a variable alphanumeric text stamp rather than a dedicated numeric counter. It is also not designed for imprinting on non-porous surfaces such as glossy plastic, metal, or glass, as it uses standard water-based office ink.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that a 6-digit numeric format meets your specific numbering requirements
• Ensure that the 4 x 27 mm imprint size fits your designated document spaces
• Confirm that paper-based document marking matches the water-based ink application

Usage recommendations: For optimal results, use the Trodat 5546 on standard office paper and replace the integrated ink pad with genuine Trodat replacement pads when the impression begins to fade.
