How to use

Select a blade that matches the material to be cut and secure it using the tool-free blade-change system. Choose the appropriate speed setting and orbital action range for the material and the desired cut finish. Set the bevel angle up to 45° if an angled cut is required, and use the parallel guide for accurate straight cuts. Position the laser to align with the cutting line and start cutting while maintaining steady feed pressure. Allow the blade to cool between long cuts to prolong blade life.

Usage recommendations

Use personal protective equipment (safety goggles, hearing protection and dust mask) and clamp the workpiece securely before cutting. For best results on thin metal and tiles use blades specifically rated for those materials; for cleaner cuts in wood use a finer-tooth blade and lower orbital action.
