How to use

Place the treadmill on a level surface and connect it to a suitable 230 V / 50–60 Hz outlet. Unfold the running deck using the soft drop system by releasing the spring so the deck lowers in a controlled manner. Start the console, select a program or manual mode, and adjust speed and incline as required. For Tunturi Routes, connect the treadmill to the compatible app or service and select a video route; the incline will adjust automatically to match elevation changes in the route.
